I've played the Tom Jackson course a few times over the years...as a mid/high handicapper it's very challenging for me...you can get away with some slightly errand tee shots but your iron play needs to be working fairly well....on this day the greens were so firm I personally could barely hold one with my PW,9,&8 irons...so putting was obviously very fast... I LOVE FAST/SLICK GREENS but I don't like hitting some REALLY QUALITY iron shots and still end up chipping from the rough or out of a bunker....all in all I will go back again I'm sure numerous times...this was my only bad experience EVER at this course and I highly recommend it to all levels of player.....just a little tid bit though...1st hole PAR 5 and the #1 HANDICAP HOLE for the Jackson course so come out swinging
